Ninety-four percent of respondents polled by IT solutions provider BMC Software say they expect automation to move from IT across the whole business by 2020. The study, which polled 650 IT decision makers across 12 countries, also found that for three quarters (73 percent) of respondents, businesses who do not embrace IT automation as an overall strategy within five years will go bust within 10 years.
